A New Tool for the Eco Conscious Designer

Sustainable Graphic Design widget now available.

I was just made aware that the Sustainable Graphic Design widget is now available as a free download from the Apple site. (I guess it figures that a designer’s tool is only available for the mac). Becky Green of 57 Design and Illustration, based in Queensland Australia, developed this great informational (and hopefully inspirational) tool. In her words:

“My target audience was primarily graphic designers seeking quick reference about the environmental impact of selected design and print methods, so the widget may be a little basic for members of this group, but it’s important to spread this knowledge to as many people as possible anyway.”

check it out for yourself.

Drew's degrees in Illustration, 2D animation and Broadcast Design, and his volleyball skillz mean he can get your design done and play well with others at the same time. He’s the Creative Director at Paragon and will call you out if you start hanging out with shady-looking fonts and messing around with whacked-out color palettes.
